Student Tackle Football Insurance

Student athletes without medical insurance are required to purchase the Tackle Football Coverage.  Athletes with existing medical insurance may also elect to purchase the coverage for additional protection with out-of-pocket expenses such as co-pays, deductibles, an co-insurance.

The Headstrong Concussion Coverage is automatically proved to all student athletes grades 9-12 participating in ALL SPORTS at no additional costs to the district or the student-athletes.  This program specifically covers concussion-related injuries and works in conjunction with the student accident claim process.
