The Board of Education of the Calaveras Unified School District is currently looking to hire a new superintendent of schools. The Board of Education will be looking to replace the retiring Dr. Ronald Estes who has served as the Interim Superintendent the past two school years.

The Board expects to review applications in December and conduct interviews in January 2026.

In an effort to find the candidate who best meets the needs of the school district, the Board has created a Superintendent’s Search Survey to elicit community input. That survey will be used assist the Board in the hiring process.
