Accessing Online Learning

How to help students access online learning tools:

  1. On an Internet connected computer, go to Google.com and click the Sign In button. We recommend using Chrome, but other browsers will work.
  2. Have the student log in with their school-issued email address and password. If your student does not know the email address and password, you can try emailing the teacher, or you can call the Help Desk at 754-2346. Be prepared to provide information to verify your identity. Call volumes are currently high, so please leave a message.
  3. Once logged in to Google, have them go to Clever at https://clever.com/in/calaverasusd and click the Student Login (Google) icon.
  4. From there, access to Google Classroom, MobyMax, Newsela, and other resources is only a click away.

If multiple students are sharing a computer, be sure each one logs out of Google before the next one starts.
